How it Works
Think of me as a confidential thinking partner. Someone who listens deeply, notices what might be going unsaid, and asks questions that help you see things differently.
Drawing on my UC Berkeley coaching training, I'll create space for you to explore new perspectives, challenge assumptions, and discover your own answers.
You bring whatever matters to you. Leadership, presence, communication, navigating change, or simply curiosity. No need to arrive with a problem to solve or a goal already figured out.
Why Me? Why Now?
Over 20 years in technology sales and building startups have taught me that finding solutions doesn't require having all the answers. Sometimes it's simply about asking why things have to be done a certain way, challenging assumptions, and daring to try something different.
Fail Fast is a philosophy I've lived by throughout my years in startups. It's not about failing. It's about recognizing when something no longer works, having the courage to let go, and making room for new possibilities.
That same curiosity led me to executive coaching training at UC Berkeley. A chance to listen more deeply, ask better questions, and help others discover possibilities they might not have considered.
Why You're Invited
I've invited six people from different walks of life, each bringing a perspective I value. Not because I think you need coaching, but because I believe we might both discover something worthwhile.
My hope is that our conversations give you something valuable: fresh perspectives, greater clarity, or simply the rare luxury of time to think.
In return, your honest feedback will help me grow as a coach, shape Fail Fast Consulting, and work toward my Berkeley certification.
The Founding Coaching Partnerships
A Little Space to Think. A Lot of Room to Grow.
An invitation-only pilot for six founding participants.
A three-month coaching experience. A chance to explore new perspectives, challenge assumptions, and perhaps discover something unexpected.
The Commitment
We'll begin with a short introductory call or in-person conversation to explore whether the Founding Coaching Partnership feels like a good fit for both of us.
If we decide to move forward:
Six private, 60-minute coaching sessions over approximately three months
Zoom or in person, generally every other week
Curiosity, openness, and honest feedback
Complimentary and confidential, subject to our coaching agreement
I'm looking for six people who can commit to the full experience.
The Bigger Picture
AI is getting better. Let's get better at being human.
My vision is to help people and organizations think independently, challenge assumptions, build trust, and dare to try something different. To question what's always been done, step outside the familiar, and discover what else might be possible.
As AI becomes more capable, our ability to think for ourselves, connect genuinely, exercise judgment, and take initiative matters more than ever.
I'm beginning with individual coaching, with hopes of exploring group experiences, organizational programs, and pro bono opportunities for young adults along the way.
And I'd love for you to help shape what comes next.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. And perhaps exploring a few new ones together.
Be More Human. Especially When It Matters.
