Executive Coaching. Human Connection. Real-World Growth.

One-on-one, discovery-led coaching to deepen self-awareness, challenge assumptions, build trust, and explore new possibilities.

Technology keeps getting better. What about us?‍ ‍

In a world increasingly shaped by AI, our ability to connect, earn trust, and understand one another matters more than ever.

Be More Human. Especially When It Matters.

We spend so much energy trying to get everything right. The perfect plan. The perfect words. The perfect impression. But life rarely follows a script.

The magic is in how we respond when things don't go as planned. With curiosity, humor, and the courage to try again.

That's the spirit of Fail Fast.

Why Fail Fast?

The Philosophy

We can optimize our workflows, follow a sales script, polish our presentations, and rehearse the perfect response. But real connection rarely comes from getting everything right.

It happens when we listen instead of waiting to speak. When we stay present even when we're nervous. When we get curious rather than defensive. When something unexpected happens and we find a way forward.

These aren't just personality traits. They're human skills. And like any skill, they can be practiced.

Not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more comfortable being yourself.

Be More Human. Especially When It Matters.

The Founding Coaching Partnerships

A little space to think. A new way forward.

The Many Ways We Grow

Growth takes many forms. Sometimes it's a conversation that changes your perspective. Sometimes it's learning to connect differently. And sometimes it's stepping outside your comfort zone.

Fail Fast brings together business experience, coaching, positive psychology, and creative approaches to human connection and performance.

Beginning with individual discovery-led executive coaching, with an openness to what might emerge from the conversations, connections, and discoveries along the way.

Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Linn.

Swedish Roots, Santa Barbara Connections.

Born and raised in Sweden, I've spent more than 20 years in Santa Barbara's technology community. My journey has taken me from SaaS sales at Citrix Online and AppFolio to joining ParentSquare as a co-founder in 2014, helping grow the company from three to over 400 people.

Through it all, one thing has become clear:

Behind every successful business are wonderfully complex, endlessly fascinating people.
